North Carolina Flyfishing for Redfish

I will be North Carolina in Oct of 2008 for a family wedding. Would like to sample the shallow water fly fishing for reds (and other species) then. Can anyone tell me if there is any one or two spots that a first timer ( to NC) like me should go on the coast? Can anyone recommend guides, outfitters?

if you will be on the obx look up the oregon inlet fishing center, they have a couple of guides there (husband and wife team) their boats are called "flat out" and the "fly girl". i've gone out with sarah and she is awesome!!! good luck. also check out a past copy of "fly tyer" magizine they wrote an article on the banks. gives good advise of what to use where to go and how to get there.
