The past month in Edisto was shifty with weather but we brought some nice fish to the boat and to the bank. I pulled a 40 in. long 31.8 lb spottail out of a pond on a half and half clouser fly. i pulled a big snook out next to a drain fishin one night, it would have been the state record snook according to a DNR officer i talked to but my dumbass filleted it and ate it. the Reds are tailin hard, tarpon are rollin, and the Spanish are jumping. Make sure to get some fishin in Before those menhaden leave cause every giant inshore gamefish is on thier tails right now. Shoot, lookin at these pictures it looks like ive been fishin in Florida but i've never wet a line anywhere but the Lowcountry.
