    Default 58.6 lb. Black Drum

Went out of Atlantic Beach, NC today fishing for trout at the nearby artificial reef. Using spec rigs, I accidentally hooked up with a 58.6 lb. black drum on a 8 lb. test mono spinning reel. Took about thirty minutes to get to the boat. Nice citation to go with it too

I am curious about that too. I would think a breeder fish like that would be a bit wormy and not very good table fare.
