We had some folks on board the other day for a half day of Yellowtailing and sightseeing. We were fortunate enough to put smiles on their faces in no time. After a nice lunch back at the Abaco Beach Resort, they were off on the second half of their day and some snorkeling on the reefs.
I cleaned their catch of 'Tails and personally delivered them to the Resort's Chef, Frank.
Frank created a unique "Fresh Catch" dinner for the folks and their day ended on a great note.
