If you are considering hopping over to the Bahamas for a few days, consider doing it real quick. The fishing is on fire.
Now that the winds have left us, an enormous amount of pelagics have come into the Out Islands area.
Today, I ran our center console tender outside just to stretch her out. We had Dolphin within minutes of putting out our spread. It only got better from there.
Soon after sticking our first gaffer, we get word that Mike and his brother Eric on the "Diggin Donzi" had just released a Blue Marlin ! That's right, a blue. They also got a beautiful 50 lb Yellowfin Tuna, several sizeable Wahoo and all the gaffer Dolphin they could want.
I also saw 2 49 lb dolphin hit the fillet table at the Abaco Beach Resort later in the afternoon as I was cleaning our fish.
Now is the time folks, they are here !!
If its that hot,,you should have posted some fish pic's...............
My apologies Rick. Like I mentioned in my report from the other day, I had just jumped on our tender for a couple hours. I neglected to grab the digital off my flybridge. I have also found pix to be difficult to post on this particular forum, unlike others.
That being said, I shall see what I can do to get some pix, if thats what it takes to provide credance.
Tight Lines !!
I was just picking at ya man,,,Everybody likes pictures,,ya know
