Finally the weather broke and the wind layed down. We had some folks onboard the Reel Candy for a half day trip and made it count.
Lots of dolphin to 15 lbs were trying to eat the painted squid off the bottom of the boat. What a sight ! Yesterday we were able to get a few hours in snorkeling and managed to find some really fat lobster before the season closes here shortly. There's not much better than a fresh lobster and mahi dinner.
The weather should give us a break here for the upcoming week and we are eager to start wrestling with some White Marlin.
The season is right around the corner and it looks like its gonna be a good one! Visit the website and pick out your date and lock it in as soon as possible. May and June are the prime months for big Blue Marlin here in the Abacos.
