Sanibel Snook & Tarpon 11/24

Just joined recently. Figured I'd keep you weekend warriors wanting to get back out there!
Headed out at 10 PM with some friends who had just gotten back from college. They had the itchin to go fishin...as did I. I wasn't sure what we'd be going for since I haven't gone night fishin since summer. Thankfully we found some ladyfish and ended up hookin around 15 tarpon. We managed to get three of the larger larger fish to the boat. We decided to pull an all nighter with hopes of catching some reds and snook in the morning. It ended up raining from 6 AM til long after we got back home. We hit two spots after catching bait in the rain and caught around 10 snook and lost a few reds.
All in all it was a good night and day. Way too much rain for me though!

Thanks for the report, Im gonna try to get out this weekend but dont know what direction im headin? Sanibel,10000 islands,Flamingo.
Is there any bait around?

I caught some nice pins and whitebait chumming on a flat right near picnic island in southern Pine Island Sound.
