    Default The Road - movie

Saw it tonight. Its still in limited # of theaters nationally - probably to qualify for Oscar entry/nomination.

The most visceral, powerful movie I I have EVER seen in all my life.

Viggo Mortensen better be nominated for and should win the Oscar. Robert Duvall, even though in the movie for just a short time is also absolutely incredible.

If anyone else has seen it please no spoilers.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but it's one of the best books I ever read. I bought it in the Salt Lake City airport on my home from out west, and ended up reading the entire book in one day. Awesome.

It is an uplifting account of the bonding experience between a man and his son on a walk through the countryside....

X2 on the book being awesome - I recommend reading it before you see the movie, I'm hoping it measures up...
