We had one goal in mind for the day and that was catching grouper. We fished with live bait, frozen bait, and "hookher flutter jigs". The grouper went for all of it. We fished 45-70 feet and caught big gags at all depths. The red snapper population seems to be doing very well too, even though we had a limit of gags I wish we could have kept a few snapper too . We'll be having a big fish fry with fresh grouper tonight for the 1st time in two months, I can almost taste it now. It looks like its going to be a good year for grouper.
this was a nice surprise for Scott when he was trying to catch bait

Thanks again Jimmy, another awesome day on the water. Kings and cobes should be moving through soon, can't wait to get out there again with ya when they do!
Game, set, match! Nice job. BTW, what are those 'Red' things?![]()
The only people that tell you it can't be done are the people who haven't done it themselves.
