Ponce Inlet 4/24/10

Well fished the King Of the Inlet tourny out of ponce Inlet Yesterday.
Headed out 4am. Lines in at 6am by 7am had a 60pound hoo in the box

Trolled around the rest of the day with a good feeling that we were on top. For the day.
landed a few more hoos and a few dolphin


All fish were caught in 220 feet of water. Not a bad day

well one hit a large Dragon Eyez jet head rigged with a horse ballyhoo behind a18oz trolling lead. one hit a rigged mullet with chin weight. and the small one hit a skirted ballyhoo on top while looking for phins.

Thanks! I'm not too familiar with this thing called fishing - I haven't been out in forever. The Dragon Eyez and a horse is a pretty beefy setup. He must have just nailed it. Pretty exciting I bet, especially since you know you had a hit on the big bait. Awesome catch.
