    Default Visitor needing info

Just a pasty northerner from Jersey who will be in the Cape Coral area for 2 weeks end of February.
Not sure that I will have much time to fish, but I would like to bring my flyrod (9 wt), and fish off a beach or perhaps hit a head boat for some bottom fishing.
What would be my best chance (species wise) end of Feb, what fly(s)/line would be best?
Any recomendations for a head boat (Cape Coral) area?
    Any advice would be appreciated.

Good Luck, hope you get a few reply's or at least some PM's, you got 130 looks so far and no reply's, I got over 1200 looks with the same results.

Sorry if people get mad over this but it is what it is.

the best place to get a charter is fort myers beach. I'd recommend sea trek they're located under the matanzas bridge (bridge to fort myers beach) As far as fishing from shore I'd go to the new park behind bonita boat center (US 41 and bonita beach road) Most of the fish are up in the rivers triing to find warmer water. keep this in mind when you make plans. good luck

Sea Trek is a good boat to fish on. There is also Capt. Tony's fishing adventures just before you get to Ft.Myers beach.
