YES IT'S TRUE....WE RUN THE FILLETS THROUGH A STRAINER....BLEACH OUT THE RED WITH CORN MEAL/FLOUR....ADD 20 POUNDS OF JALEPENAS TO DROWN OUT THE TASTE


AND SOMETIMES WE MAKE SHORT RIGGER STRIPS FROM THEM OR CUT CHUNKS FOR BOTTOM FISHING IF AND WHEN THE SUMBITCHES WILL ALLOW US TO CATCH A FRIGGIN BOTTOM FISH

But they are the best bottom bait you can get. Also the best bait to toss at bailin sized dolphin.

I had a blast on Sunday. The action was hot all day long and it was great fishing with friends and family. Thanks again for letting me share the pit with you Marty. Captain Brian, pretty work putting us in the fish as always bro.

Spring fishing is happening out of Morehead City. You guys need to give Captain Brian and Marty a call and book the RUN-OFF while the fish are chewing.
