Grand slams, grand slams with a few kickers, Yellow Fins the size of west coast fish, blue fins , big eye's, all attacking the front gate of the fort.

These guys are loving life up here right now. Wish I had time to go!

Looking forward to MHC this Friday on the Run Off and Saturday on the Fin Hunter. Maybe I can get me a grand slam of my own. At least I will get the MHC grand slam this weekend (Beaufort Grocery, Island Grill and Mosquito Amos')

I thought there was going to be a fire around here yesterday. While I was making some mini jags there was all kinds of fire dropping out of the sky. Got almost 1 1/2" inches of rain in hour or so. The airport only reported .300 of an inch.

I predict an on fire billfish report from the Run Off and Fin Hunter after this weekend from Mr. AE.

I got an email from the young killer this evening. He is foaming at the mouth and they can't decide if it is Rabies or tunatetnis. They wanted to do a frontal lobotomy but looked at a previous C/T scan which came up empty and decided they really didn't need to. The killer is working out those biceps and waiting as patiently as an elf on Christmas eve for the appearance of the giants. He said to stay tuned for some awesome video's as only he can do!

Sadly I am about 1:45 from the beach. But Netman, please remember, I am a rodbuilder. You either build rods or fish them, not both. I haven't seen but a couple days outside for almost the last 3 months. I am happy to say that I am heading to MHC with 23, yes, 23 new killin sticks for some happy customers!!! 16 IGFA 50 chair rods, 1 50 class stand up rod for one of our own, 2 Phenix Mahi Rods for the Barta, 1 Black Hole 250G Jigging rod, 1 350G Black Hole Jigging Rod (both are for the Barta), and 2 Redfish Spinning rods. To say I am exhausted is an understatement. Pics will be in the rodbuilding forum later this week.
Dunn and MM, yours will be on their way after I return from MHC! Stay tuned!
