refresh button plum wore out

I shouldn't have to hit refresh 3-4 times per page to load. I am running safari.

The baby puke grey is whats holding up the works. Once that loads, everything else follows quickly

Today its running better and my broadband connection speed is consistent with previous days

I also noticed that when I hit reply for this post that the VBulletin grey box came up and there were 2 notifications next to my username.

They were private messages that were delivered earlier this week and I was never notified.
