Default Eye-Popping Marlin release shots - Nosara, CR

It's been a fantastic week of fishing in Nosara, Costa Rica with clients reporting multiple releases of Blacks, Blues, Stripeys and of course lots of Pacific Sails.

This Stripey / Sailfish combo release was pulled of by anglers John Harbord and Bruce Sabine of Tampa,FL on January 16 aboard the 31-foot Wanderer helmed by Captain William. Great work by First Mate Alex Moreno (pictured) to ensure the safety of both fish and anglers.

This Black / Stripey release trip came on the following day (same anglers) and it's clear that this boat's tackle and tactics are dialed-in for Marlin. Read more about this crew on the FishingNosara Blog.

On a different note, I want to point out that unlike other so-called 'fishing reports' I provide the pictures to back it up...if I read 'so-and-so raised 96 sail and 48 marlin, releasing 37' without any pictures one more time I am going to puke.

It's called spinning content, it's not new, and search engines are wise to it. Quit wasting everyone's time and stop posting these non-reports.

To all the real Captains and crews, Tight Lines y Pura Vida!
