Default Flourocarbon leader to live bait hook knot

I want to know the best knot to attach my live bait striper hooks to flouro leaders. I have tried the palomar, Imp clinch and double san diego jam with less than perfect results. My herring baits worked the jam knot loose causing it to unravel. Any veteran help would be greatly helpful, thanks.

I use a loop know with live bait. There are different kinds but I like this the most. I just add one more wrap before coming back through.

In Rhode Island, we snell all of our live bait hooks to the fluoro. It has proven itself so much that I tie a bunch over the winter. For a good lesson on snell knots, look at boatinglocal.com and do a quick search. we use 4/0 -6/0 gami octopus hooks for stripers from the upper bay to block island.
