Captain Fernando Yepez fished onboard the Jhonamar 2 and reported some very good striped marlin activity on Bank 88. The fishing on Rosa Blanca remains slower than usual. Seas continue to be very nice and calm for most of April.



April 28, 2012 Captain Yepez reported fishing on the Johnamar 2 the area of Rosa Blanca Bank where he managed to raise 1 striped marlin and caught several tunas. The water clarity was not optimum and he did not have a reading on the temperature.

April 29, 2012 the Johnamar fished 88 bank and raised 22 striped marlin had 15 bites and released 5 stripeys on lures.

April 30, 2012 Fernando Yepez onboard the Johnarmar 2 fished in calm waters 88 Bank. He reported raising 15 striped marlin having 14 bites and releasing 4 stripeys on lures.
