I just bought a Calico Jack 7' medium/heavy action spinning rod, line wt: 10 - 20 lb, lure wt: 3/8 - 1 0z and a Penn Fierce 4000 spinning reel.

Is this a good/decent setup for inshore fishing? Or should I get another pole that can throw lighter weight lures?
