I want to start fishing the Raritan Bay off sandy hook. gonna be surfcasting and wanted to know what the best bait is it use I know sperring and bunker will probably do me fine, but if there anything top water that works during the summer and if not is there any lures that work well. As posted earlier, im very new to raritan bay fishing! Im using an Abu garcia 7000iC3 with 50lb braid and 8'6" casting rod. Please any input would be great! Thanks!
