Surf and Turf!

Spent a couple hours cleaning up outside (it will take several more hours) after Sandy made a mess of my yard. My wife and I worked up an appetite so I came in and cooked something up to fix that. Here it is;

I am still happily working on the Wahoo that I caught from my jet ski down in Freeport Bahamas.





I pulled some out of the freezer. I had steaked it it up and vacuum packed it when I got back. I saw a frozen T Bone that was longing to be grilled, so out it came also.



I lightly seasoned the steak and spread some vidalia onion peppercorn sauce on the Wahoo. Cooked it all on the grill for just a few minutes. Do not want to dry out the fish!



I cooked up some cous cous, corn on the cob, flaky biscuits and served it with some fresh slaw.





Once again my wife said." What are you crazy, I can't eat all that!"
