The weather here is going to be terrible for the next couple of days so I decided to get in a couple of hours fishing early this morning before work. I am glad I did.

I left from my house in Poquoson Va. and ran 20 miles across the Chesapeake Bay on my jet ski to the Eastern Shore. Had 2-3 footers going and 3-4 footers coming back.

I drifted live eels and had 8 runs. I caught 6 Striped Bass between 42 and 48 inches, all nice big fish. It was a blast by myself on the jet ski the day before world ends on my birthday tomorrow.

That was the first time I caught that many big ones in less than two hours by myself.

I kept one 42 incher and watched the rest swim away after a quick hook removal.

Here are some pictures from this morning.
