Virginia Is For Lovers!

And it is Valentine Day plus art night. I cooked dinner for seven women tonight, I did "Cobia and Fillet Mignon Surf and Turf" tonight.

I still had some Cobia from this summer and went out and killed a cow this morning.





Lightly marinaded the fish, veggies and steak with some Shitake Soy Ginger and then skewered it all.





I then loaded it all up on the grill.



It did not take long to cook everything.



I also served up some bread with bruschetta.



All the Ladies got roses tonight cause it's Valentines Day!



Desert was a big hit also.



The cats got left over fish.



I got to do the dishes.



And my wife said I can go fishing whenever I want! Good night.
