I want to catch a Marlin

I want to catch a Blue Marlin. I have March 11-14. Where should i go? Costa Rica? Cabo? Who do I call? Help.

Throughout the southern part of Costa rica you are likely to catch sailfish and a very occasional blue marlin. But at carrillo there are fewer sailfish but you have a decent chance at a blue or striped marlin.
The Presidential Challenge and Marlin University were held there every year in March until they moved to Los Suenos to get more sailfish.
